that path looks very promising. I'm flagging this issue for 2.4 so we can get it
in the next feature release.
Can you please write a little specification that documents this enhancement? So
that quality assurance and documentation will know about this new feature.

Also please explain why you make use of the
SvxLRSpaceItem and the SvxULSpaceItem. Those are usually for text and I don't
understand what you try to do with them in your code. For me it looks like you
can completly remove them and just use the borders from mpPage. Please clarify
