2007 -------
confirmed using OOo 2.3 on Linux

- open a calc sheet
- insert an image (or drawing element) at line 10
- make sure, image is achored to cell
- adjust the image position, so that (visibily) starts at the cell's top line 
- resize lines 1 to 8 (make them higher)

-> image will be moved down, relative to line 10
