avmedia\source\win\player.cxx Player::Player mpGB->RenderFile( rURL, NULL ).
Maybe the reason is that more and more instances of SoundPlayer and Player are
created but not destroyed. Maybe at least some instances can be destroyed when
changing from one slide to another.
