It is a problem of mixed character style and direct character formatting.
As a workaround, select the text, from menu "Format.Default Formatting" and then
this should not happen anymore.
MRU->FME: looks, that this has been introduced by "automaticstyles". Worked last
correctly in OO 2.1. Open attached document, type a character at the beginning
of on of the paragraphs -> see the character style "Internet link" becoming
active.
The text semms to be originally formatted with this char style and then
"overwritten" by the Heading 3 style.
