Actually the 'qu' Quechua is a macrolanguage code, divided into several
different languages,see
http://www.sil.org/iso639-3/codes.asp?order=reference_name&letter=q
As the dictionary is named qu_BO I'll add entries for

Quechua, North Bolivian
http://www.ethnologue.com/show_language.asp?code=qul
#define LANGUAGE_USER_QUECHUA_NORTH_BOLIVIA 0x0641  // qul-BO

Quechua, South Bolivian
http://www.ethnologue.com/show_language.asp?code=quh
#define LANGUAGE_USER_QUECHUA_SOUTH_BOLIVIA 0x0642  // quh-BO

Both are official languages in Bolivia.

The dictionary will have to be adapted to support one or both.
