When opening an Enterprise Architect report (http://www.sparxsystems.com.au/)
all generated content of the document (which is put into RTF MERGEFIELDs is not
shown in the document.

Based on a file I generated from the EA Example project (see attachment) I
deduced Enterprise Architect uses RTF fields in the following form:
{\field\fldlock{\*\fldinst MERGEFIELD \f0\protect
ElemRequirement.Name}{\fldrslt\lang3081\f0 Update catalogue entry}}

In MS Word these fields are rendered using the text from the fldrslt (the above
is rendered as "Update catalogue entry"), in OpenOffice.org writer it's rendered
as the text from th fldinst (the above is rendered as "<ElemRequirement.Name>").
