Using XPackageManager.addPackage(...) to update an installed extension
containing a JAR archive failes to activate the JAR archive and thus the whole
extension on Linux amd64. Other platforms I tested with the same extension
(WinXP with OOo 2.3 and Debian Lenny with OO 2.2.1) worked perfectly.

I experienced a problem that seems to be a flavour of this one: installing (in
this case not updating) an extension with XPackageManager.addPackage(...) failes
to make it usable. The JAR archive is activated, but my extension contains a
CommandURL that does not work. This happens only on Linux amd64 again.
