Hi,
and No, you do not expect that the value for C1 changes to C2, at least you
should not. C1 is not influenced in any way with this row insertion, so nothing
has to be changed in this case. Compare it with other Spreadsheets, all of them
act the same way Calc do and therefore this Issue is invalid.
