Ok, Now it works for me or I'll take what I get.
I found that I would define the area, to print, but when I looked at it in
Print Preview I would get each sheet as a page number. I would select the page
I wanted and then it would not print. So I had to place that page in the first
sheet position to get it to print. I do not know how I got it to recognize all
the sheets because I was defining the print area that I wanted, but I did not
remove the old area on another sheet.
Which leads me to what every Excel user is used to...
OOo users want to save print area by sheet not by calc document, like Excel -
which allows to save print area by sheet.
Printing not very usefull when you print five pages from three different sheets
with a calc document of seven sheets, and you do the printing every day for
reports. I guess that is what a macro is for.
Printing, needs to be a priority. I still see more problems as I play around
with the "edit print area". But with time I can get it to print what I want.
