2007 -------
In MS-Office tabstops behave sticky when drawn along the ruler (e.i. to the 
half- and the 
quarter steps). This makes it easier to place them, without the need to give an 
exact value. In 
OO default behaviour should be adjustable. This would greatly improve usability.
