partially confirmed in windows with OOG680_m7 with the example document if
headings are chosen as list styles. If in Tools>Outline Numbering you apply a
list style (eg List 1) to level 1, then the document can be saved and reopened
as expected, even with headings styles selected for other levels these are
preserved too. I think there might be a conflict in the styles set for this
document, but I can't spot what it is.
>From a new document and applying only heading styles in Outline Numbering,
everything worked as expected, ie the outline styles I set are preserved.
