------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Nov 2 11:19:25 +0000 2007 ------- In MS-Office text can be selected, when clicking in a word (even in the middle, or at the end of it) and by moving the mouse further on to the next word the first word gets selected completely as will all of the following words too. ALL WITHOUT A DOUBLECLICK. This is very userfriendly and makes more sense to most people. In OO we can double click on a word and then move the mouse along to the next words. But this is not as convenient as the MS-behaviour. Microsoft just knows how to make their products more comfortable to use. USER EXPERIENCE ALWAYS COMES FIRST. So the default behaviour of OO should be configurable: The MS-one, or the OO-one. But let us users please have this choice. And please do not say "worksforme". Just because it doesn't match your taste, doesn't mean that all people do think so. In fact: Many people would be greatful, if you'd just fulfill this request. Thank you for listening and for the good work this far. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
