fs->msc: to verify:
- In a text document, make visible the form controls toolbar (or any other
non-context-sensitive toolba)
- ensure it is docked
- in a form document, make visible the same toolbar
- ensure it is *not* docked.
- start the form wizard in a DB document
=> in the form which is filled by the wizard while it executes, the toolbar
should not be
docked. This is a sign that the wizard's document in fact uses the module
configuration of forms, not of text documents.
