The first part of this issue is a DEFECT because there is something wrong.
I have submitted a new issue (45058) concerning the enhancement with new html
format.
I can't see why this issue is so difficult to solve that it has target
milestone set to "OOo Later".
You only have to remove the false formats and substitute it with XHTML 1.0
which is the only format - or so it seems.
The other formats is now in issue 45058.
