mbayer->cd: Please note you can not set the number of recent files entries to
zero via UI, as you can not configure it in any way.
Anyway, both, reset of recent files list submenu and disabling it (# of items=0)
is already covered by issue 50722 (which is assigned to "requirements" and on
status "new", though).
