Luckily got this into cws locales24 as QA wasn't done with it yet:

Note that I changed the <LC_CURRENCY> replaceTo attribute from "[$SSH-477]" to
"[$So. Sh.-477]" because the symbol used there has to match the one defined with
<CurrencySymbol>. Note also that the currency format codes contained a blank
between amount and symbol for negative amounts but not for positive amounts,
which looked quite ugly, especially because the symbol contains a blank. I took
the liberty of changing that to with blank in both, e.g.
# ##0 [CURRENCY];-# ##0 [CURRENCY]
If anything is wrong with these modifications please correct me.
