When you export the attached odt as DOC (Word 97/2000/XP), the resulting
document crashes Word.

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Open the attached file export_as_doc_result_crashes_word.odt

2.) Save as Microsoft Word document (.doc)
OOo-->Save As...-->File type: Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (.doc)

3.) Open the file in Microsoft Word

4.) Word crashes

The MS-Office used is 2000(9.0.2812) on Windows 2000.

If you perform any of the following changes on the document, the document can be
exported without problems:

* delete any Bookmark
* delete any Section
* rename one (just one is enough) of the bookmarks that start with "WM(CMD..."
* right-click on Text frame "Fensterzeile"-->Arrange-->Send to Back

This issue is a real problem for us, because it affects our letterheads (the
attached document is a reduced version of one of our letterheads).
