integrated patch into cws impress134
@cl->jan: I hope you don't mind, I modified your patch a little. I'm reusing
much functionality of FuPage now so we also have working undo and the ui for
asking the user if he want to change the background of the current slide or
master page, like format page does. I also changed the string and place of the
context menu entry after some discussion with user ex guys.
