2007 -------
1) create presentation with more than 12 consecutive image files (in my case,
all JPEG) either as embedded or as linked, one image (file) per page
2) start presentation
3) somewhere between image 12 and 17, Impress-2.3 (and v2-2) will crash
4) which image is being displayed at the crash isn't always the same
Exported PPT with linked images presents just fine under Windows.
Added 3-second ("wedge" I believe) wipe to each image except 3 which were set at
6-9 seconds.
