@vhshah: As stated in some comments above (#desc49 and #desc54) the fix was
implemented and verified in CWS dr59, which was integrated to OOG680m8 for the
upcoming OOo2.3.1, see

OOo2.3.1 isn't released yet, but to try out the fix you can download a milestone
build at http://download.openoffice.org/680/index.html?intcmp=1235
