The export to UTF-8 IMHO is correct. How did you detect that the export is
wrong?
If you upload the generated file to a wiki you must be careful that if your
system encoding is not UTF-8 your browser will probably introduce an error when
it uploads the file as it might assume that the file has the system encoding. So
you could first load the generated file into a UTF8-aware editor (e.g. Visual
Studio), save it again and then upload the saved file.
The wiki extension we are currently implementing will upload the file in a way
that the problem will not appear.
