Fixed both 1 and 2 above. However, as long as issue 82062 is not fixed,
testtool within the OOo_woURE environment must be started with the environment
variable URE_BOOTSTRAP (manually) set to the file URL of the fundamentalrc/.ini
in the program directory of the OOo_woURE installation.
