We welcome every contribution to make the driver usable, in the current state,
it's simply not safe (for the user's data) to include it. (Debian included it
for a few releases, which I consider some kind of hazard, simply because the
driver is widely untested. Sorry, Rene.)
I mark the issue as duplicate of issue 55592, which requests the integration of
the driver into the main trunk.
