MRU->FME: I could not exactly locate the version, when this problem was
introduced.
You just need to delete such a "hyperlink" footnote on second page (somewhere in
8th line), insert a Footnote and call "Undo" to get the crash.
Please have a look, if it possible to fix for OO 2.4.
