I have just downloaded this file:

http://www.stavekontrolden.dk/main/top/da_DK.zip

and the README there contains some strange characters... Please fix this.

The README contains references to three licenses:

GNU GPL version 2.0
GNU LGPL version 2.1
Mozilla MPL version 1.1

BUT the copyright.txt files contains LGPL 2.1 OR LATER and the same applies to
.aff itself (I do not
understand why you have the license mentioned also in the data files ;-).

SO: what is the license here? I expect that this dictionary was approved to be
integrated under

GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2.1

as written in the form. Can you please prepare an archive for integration
containing

README_da_DK.txt (readable, without nonsense characters, with LGPL 2.1)
da_DK.aff
da_DK.dic

Thank you.
