My document contains superscripts 'st' and 'nd' --
Example text: Today is the 1st, tomorrow the 2nd..
The xhtml export uses CSS to indicate superscript but incorrectly uses the value
'sup' instead of 'super': *.T1 { vertical-align:sup; }
