I can reproduce the bug in src680m236 on a suse linux.
- insert a fontwork
- make a font replacement for the font of the fontwork.
- the font of the fontwork doesn't change.
- change into the textedit mode of the fontwork and leave it again.
- now the font of the fontwork changed.
