OOo gently warned me that the ressource was not accessible. I then closed the document in acrobat and tried to export again as pdf. OOo gave me an error an refused to carry on saving my document "Error saving the document XXXX, General error, General input/output error I used OOo 1.9.79 The report search with "pdf export saving" gave no such other bug reported OOo rocks, thanks for it!
