We use CLI to start and interact with Writer and everything works well on most customer's machines (hundreds). About 10 customers have reported the descripted problem. We have tried to track it down by creating log files, collecting sytem information, doing remote support and more, but without success. Unfortunately, we could never reproduce the problem on our machines which makes debugging quite difficult.
