The license in the no_NO-pack-2.0.9.zip is GNU GPL, there is no exact version
number referenced.
The thesaurus files are wrong as I see them.
How can idx file be longer than dat file?

This was not tested, thus I won't integrate it.
Please name thesaurus files the same way it is done in other languages.
