Doesn't need to have Regular Expressions checked. True for any 'Replace' if you
make a selection and don't do a Find first, even if the text in the Search for
box is not present in the selection. Problem is there in 2.3.0 on Vista as well
as on m9 and #237 on XP. If there is no selection, clicking 'Replace' does a
Find first, which is correct. However, 'Replace All' works correctly.

Is this not P2 as it leads to data loss? In certain circumstances eg if using a
macro, it could be quite hard to notice what has happened.
