2007 -------
Once you added an hyperlink to a text, there is no way to "remove hyperlink".
You can just "Default format" to remove all the formats (bold, font, etc...),
which is far to be ergonomic.
It should be better if it was possible to add a button "remove hyperlink"
somewhere...

Moreover, when you chose "Default format", it choose the font "Times New Roman"
(which is not the one selected when you create a new document), even if I don't
have this font on my system (ubuntu).
