Hi,
well at least the QARep should be able to add tasks when the CWS is readyForQA.
But there´s no reason why the Owner shouldn´t be able to do some additional QA
also. So well yes there may be a problem here. Bye the way it´s pretty unusual
to create a CWS in readyForQAState you should create them in state new or
planned do some work on it and than set it to ready for QA.
