I see the same error with odt-documents on WinXP Home with SRC680m235. It seems
to be a load problem. If I open the saved document in OOo2.3.1RC1 then the
borders are there. If I create a document with borders in OOo2.3.1RC1 and open
it with SRC680m235, the borders are lost.
