Hi,
view settings, and formats are nothing else than view settings, do not trigger
change requests. Therefore this is basically the same as the problem in Issue
9117.
So I close this one as double to Issue 9117 . Please use CTRL+SHIFT+F9 to
trigger a hard re-calculation of the whole sheet.
