Sorry ... but both tasks are not related.
Issue 83984 is reasoned by the fact that our command line cant handle multiple
request at the same time. So it's not related to the password dialog only.
Issue 73968 is reasoned by the fact that the password dialog gets the wrong
parent frame/window. Thats completely different.
