Fixed in cws impress136,
the problem was that andré cleared the undo manager before reloading, which is a
good thing. But if there is an outline view active, the outliner of the outline
view has his own undo manager which must be cleared before.
I consolidated all code that clears the undo manager to
DrawDocShell::ClearUndoManager() and also added that before undo clear, all text
edit stops. This may fix other crashes in this area as well
