Phiipp fixed the Testtool issue, and I confirm it does work fine.

ericb->msicotte

I have tested your document. Nice piece of sleeping :)

After several tries, I need between 20 and 30 seconds to prepare the printing
using it.
Nevertheless, I think a people printing 700 page will wait a bit before to
think somethig is wrong.

For all other tests, I needed between 3 and 6 seconds, and until now, nobody
reported me it was not
working.

Last remaining issue: as we have discussed with Philipp, when you insert
envelope, problem appear.

Copy/paste of the discussion:

[17:09] <PhilippL> we still have to solve the problem of changing page sizes,
but this not different
from before.
[17:10] <ericb2> PhilippL: one tester reported me the printer icon stays in
the dock too
[17:10]  <ericb2> after the printing
[17:10] <PhilippL> that happens here sometimes when I use a SMB printer
[17:11] <PhilippL> the job is on hold then waiting for new authentication by
the user.
[17:11] <PhilippL> However in my case that is the same for TextEdit.
[17:12] <ericb2> PhilippL: the tester didn't say whether he was using samba or
not

...

[17:14] <ericb2> PhilippL: I think we could create an issue about changing
page size. I'd like to
reproduce
[17:14]  <PhilippL> just do insert->envelope
[17:14]  <PhilippL> then  print
[17:14]  <ericb2> PhilippL: I'll try
[17:19] <ericb2> PhilippL: nothing is printed for me
[17:20]  <PhilippL> that's bad
[17:23] <ericb2> PhilippL: and delete the envelope -> printing works again :/
[17:23] <PhilippL> yes, it tries to set the envelope format and the whole job
is printed with that. Kind
of expected.
[17:24] <PhilippL> Probably we need to find out before about such things and
then create multiple
jobs.
[17:24] <PhilippL> however that would also be a suboptimal solution.
[17:24] <PhilippL> The culprit here is CUPS which is designed to function this
way.
[17:24] <PhilippL> That is with only on set of options active during a whole
print job.
[17:25] <ericb2> PhilippL: can you try to play with all envelope options ?
[17:25] <ericb2> PhilippL: looks like we cannot access to some parameters
[17:25]  <PhilippL> I'm not sure what you mean ?
[17:25] <ericb2> PhilippL: you have several tabs when you insert envelope
[17:26] <ericb2> PhilippL: and the tab printer points to the old printing
option
[17:27] <PhilippL> that's not the print dialog, it's the printer properties
dialog.
[17:27] <ericb2> PhilippL: ok, the printer propertys dialog
[17:27]  <PhilippL> we haven't replaced that ;-)
[17:27]  <ericb2> PhilippL: that's what I thought :)
[17:28] <PhilippL> however it's pretty useless without the system properties
dialog available.

To be continued
