This is no bug report but a support request. Please use a mailing list or a
forum, for example [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Your a-matrix hat only three elements in the third row, where it should be four
elements.
Each 'left' needs a 'right'; when there is no right part use 'right none'
instead. But in this case I think you need 'mline' instead of 'left lline'.
