Confirmed using OOo 1.9.84. I had to look at the help for the LOOKUP function,
but based on what it says, the syntax of the function in question is correct.
The Sheet 'PO Data' has values that should be found by the LOOKUP function as
entered on the sheet 'Bills Data'.
Since data that should be found is not, setting priority to 2.
I did not confirm that this worked on 1.1.4. Not that that should matter.. Its
that its not working in 1.9.84 that is the bigger issue, I guess..
