2005 -------
It would be nice, since we can't from the QS anymore, have a command added to
the start menu that just opens a document.

Currently a user has to open a new blank document, then open the document they
want close the new one. This cumbersome. This is a command that MS Office
installs as well, so it is not unheard of.
