In solenv for making rpms from epm we set the target for rpmbuild --target
${target} and figure out the target for all known linux versions. To make
porting to e.g. armeabi/mipsel/mipseb/etc etc easy I propose the following patch
to default to the uname arch field when we don't know the linux varient for new
ports. This is the same field that epm itself will default to for the target
arch when it doesn't know a better choice.
