cd->pb: As already discussed I am not able to integrate the control into the
toolkit. Please take over. If you have problems you can always contact me to
find a solution. You can use the throbber control from dv as a template to
integrate the control into the toolkit. Especially vclxtoolkit.cxx is the first
place to start.
