I've investigated this issue together with FME. The results are:
- It's defect - the non-breaking space should be treated as a normal space, when
traveling/selecting words.
- The fix should be made in the i18n::BreakIterator. Thus, it would affect the
whole application.
We decided, that such a fix is too risky for OOo 2.4 - we are planning a fix for
this issue for OOo 3.0
As discussed, FME takes over this issue.
