The problem is that deleting the panes in the dtor of the parent window is too
late. Usually these windows should been destroyed already before
(DeleteControllers_Impl was called already). If in the dtor of the sd::Window
still panes exist then they probably have been recontructed again.
Please ask if my diagnosis is wrong.
