newly created chart. I wonder how you can get anything to use for testing
"ChartTitle". You have to set the Property "HasMainTitle" (of ChartDocument) to
true before you can access the title. Once you have a title, you get a rotation
of type long which is 0 per default.
Note that setting HasMainTitle to true sets a text of "main-title" in all
languages. To modify the content use the "String" property of the object you get
with getTitle().
