Step to reproduce:
1) Create a chart in calc
(my data:
x y z
a 1 2 3
b 4 5 6
c 7 8 9
2) Create a column chart, with data series in rows and first row and column as
label
3) Copy the chart, and paste it in a writer document. The chart appear like if
it has "data series in colums"
The same problem appear with other type of char, like line or bar
