SBA->LIZ: As discussed: According to DUDEN (THE "Bible" for German spelling and
grammar", but AFAIK _not exactly_ for "International Software UI" yet... :-),
the "&" is reserved for use "in company names only" (Like "Smith & Wesson"). 
Therefore strings like "Search & Replace" (in menu, in dialog title) should read
"Search and Replace" instead. 
Note that this is only one example. In order to adress this thoroughly, a UI
string database search sounds feasible.
