Ok, step by step instruction:
*i make a picture in draw (as i attached)
**click RMB on picture and select Site->Site format chance there size to 20cm on
20cm.
*File->Export...->(select file format as SVG)
*click Export.
*Open svg file in inkspace and it is incorrect, it has A4 format.
*import to commons wiki it's the same.
PS. i have a polish language version so the name i translate to English in mind.
i don't speak well in English.
