I installed some extensions (OfficeToolBarMerging/OfficeMenuBarMerging) and compared to oo 2.3.1 opening menues takes ages ... first the root menu entry gets blue, after about 0.5 sec's one will see the text (for example: file), the the menu will open ... performance is better if i uninstall the extension's ...
